I have learned about the theory of Human Motivation when I took Psychology courses in college. It reminds me that there are a lot of unknown factors that drive or trigger motivations. This is a great resource to read about because I have been a fan of this kind of topic. It just fascinates me that the mind of a human can have a lot to do with motivation itself. Good post right there!
 
What motivates us? I think most of us got motivated to do something when we are being thanked for it, being complemented for it, or being acknowledged for doing a good job. Nobody likes it when you are not being appreciated for what you are doing. Which is why I think it's important to say thank you to whoever that helps you, no matter how minor it is.
