A lot of times the kids that are bullying are being bullied themselves at home. There is also the factor of neglect. They are not being disciplined by their parents and so they continue with the bad behavior.

I think there is a way to make it so that he can either only use those features and/or internet at certain times or for a certain amount of time. Check out the parental controls on there... see what you can do with it. I think that is great. The rest of the schools in the world should follow.

Basic self defense classes would be great for kids. It teaches discipline as well as how to defend yourself. I think that would be a positive activity for schools to include in their programs.
