Teaching the foundation of Science in the earliest years is so important and really can be very fun. At this age, kids love to experiment and learn new things. Even the simplest experiments can be performed over and over and children won't tire of them. Some of my favorite sites for finding ideas:

Thank you for these resources! I will recommend them to a teacher I volunteer with, who works with elementary school kids and needs a lot of ideas to keep them both entertained and serious!

Glad they were helpful! Kids love to do hands on Science but it can be tough to think of activities in the moment :-)
