I'm a culinary art lover and browsing the Culinary Arts and Nutrition area of the Thompson School of Applied Science at hte University of New Hampshire, I found two Culinary Arts video during a baking course, FSM 204, Baking and Pastry Production.

I love baking and a video about it would be real good. I hope you can provide more link about it. It's nice to use for cooking class as this would inspire learners more
