Hi Karen,
I find inspiration in the teaching process itself, when I see my students broaden their horizons, realize new things, shape their minds before my eyes. Especially inspirational for me is finding and applying creativity in teaching. I am inspired when I see that my students are motivated and that they share my vision and passion, and that there is communication and trust. There is a very strong bond between teacher's inspiration and students' motivation because that bond will help mould the students into successful adults.
