I started using Facebook when I was 12 years of age. Still got Facebook but the look and feel of the platform has changed significantly with lots of enhancements to create more of a modern feel to Facebook. Wonder what the future of FB will be.

Does Geocities count as social media? Because I had about ten Geocities websites back in the day.
Joined FB in 2006. Have signed in since 2018. It ended for me when I discovered I was getting ads for businesses I had never frequented in my news feed, but not changes to opening hours of businesses I followed or WEDDING ANNOUNCEMENTS of real-life friends.

There will always be more competition for Facebook with how more social media platforms keeps coming out. Facebook doesn't seem much innovative changes like Instagram, Threads or X is having rapidly. It will make it suffer.
