You are from Buffalo NY? I know this is probably a stupid question for someone who lives there but have you ever been to the Anchor Bar? The supposed location of the creation of buffalo wings. I was in Buffalo for travel not to long ago and stopped by the one downtown. The wings were pretty good and they came on a pizza pan which I thought was a nice touch.
