How do you like the water which you drink all the time? Do you like to have it cold or something warm like a room temperature state? Most of the time, I love my water cold, even though I've been told to stop drinking too much cold water. I simply can't help it.

The way to drink water is to drink water that has your body temperature. In the summer, room temperature water is good where as in winter you need to drink warm water.
