Activities for Kinaesthetic Learners in Maths

All children have their own learning style. Traditionally, mathematics is taught in a way that is most advantageous to visual and auditory learners. However, there are ways that mathematics can be taught to incorporate the learning needs of kinaesthetic learners too. Games, resources and physical activities can all be used to support the learning of mathematics. What activities could you recommend?

Well I remember we used to have these blocks for learning place value around grade 1 or so. There were 1s, 10s, 100s and 1000s and they were pretty good to get an idea of how it worked.

This is what they looked like.

Any sort of manipulatives like these I would think might be useful, and you could teach them how to make numbers with them, and then write them down, and vice versa.

I think I'm more of a visual learner though, so I am afraid I don't have too much more insight.
